Bespoke Poetry Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with an order of a Bespoke Poem you are deemed to have read and accepted the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment
  • Full payment is required at time of order
  • Bespoke Poem costs are variable depending on length and timescale and will be advised by invoice
  • ​Your invoice will be from, and payable to, The McIntosh Partnership Limited
  • Specific requirements may be catered for - please use the contact form on the Bespoke Poetry Order & Enquiry page
  • As this is a personalised work it is not possible to offer refunds after the work has commenced

Delivery
  • Your Bespoke Poem will be delivered to you via email to the address provided during the order process

Timescale
  • Bespoke Poems usually require a minimum of three weeks to produce.  This is to allow time for the original consultation and writing, and possible redrafting in consultation with the client, to ensure 100% satisfaction with the Bespoke Poem.
  • Depending on current workload, it may be possible to work within shorter timescales but this cannot be guaranteed and may increase the cost.  Please use the contact form on the Bespoke Poetry Order & Enquiry page for further details.

Copyright
  • Full copyright of all poetry remains with the author, Gordon Craigie, and may not be used for any publishing or marketing without prior written permission
  • You may not use Bespoke Poems written by Gordon Craigie for commercial gain without prior written permission
  • You are free to present your Bespoke Poem for personal use only
  • If you have your Bespoke Poem printed externally or reproduced by another professional, or business, you must credit the author, Gordon Craigie, with full copyright
  • If you choose to share your Bespoke Poem with family and friends via social media then you must credit the author, Gordon Craigie, with full copyright
  • Gordon Craigie retains the right to use, amend, publish and/or broadcast ‘your’ Bespoke Poem at any time and in any medium as he decides.  Should this right be exercised then any names or other details that may allow any individuals to be identified may be changed.

Privacy
  • Your privacy is taken seriously and the personal information that you supply is used only to process your order
  • Your use of this website signifies your consent to the collection and use of your personal information as specified below
  • During the consultation and order process you will be asked for your name and email address, and possibly a contact phone number
  • The personal information you provide to allow the poem to be created will be securely stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
  • Your information will never be sold, or passed to third parties except where required by law
  • Your contact details will be securely retained in order to let you know about any new goods, services or offers that you might find interesting.  You may opt out of this at any time by replying to an email with the word REMOVE in the subject line.
